. The role is based at Roberttown Care Home in Liversedge, a 29‑bed residential home providing elderly care and dementia support.

40 per week (6 hours supernumerary).

• Ensure appropriate standards are maintained by monitoring and providing professional support to senior staff/team leaders.
• Conduct appropriate reviews of care plans/risk assessments and medication administration. Ensure all assessment tools are in place and fully utilised.
• Ensure all residents have a complete care assessment prior to admission, considering physical, social, and psychological needs, and conduct an annual re‑assessment.
• Deploy staff efficiently with duty rota management; check and monitor care staff hours, authorise timesheets in absence of the Home Manager.
• Establish good personal relationships with residents and their families.
• Work with the Home Manager to ensure completion of induction and mandatory training; identify specific training needs.
• Work with the Home Manager on achievement of action plans from external regulators or internal support functions.
