For this CNC Machinist we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:

Formal qualifications within Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline (HNC, HND, BTEC/NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3, Apprenticeship etc.)
Stable work history with experience working in a heavy machining / engineering environment
Programming skills (editing OR creating from scratch) - all controls will be considers as full training will be provided
Working hours of the CNC Machinist
Rotating AM & PM shifts working an average of 37 hours per week - 18% shift allowance is applicable:

AM Shift: 40 Hours per week
Monday to Friday 06:30 to 14:30

PM Shift: 34 Hours per week
Monday to Thursday 14:30 to 22:00
Friday: 14:30 to 18:30
In return, the CNC Machinist will receive:

Base Salary: £37379 (£(phone number removed) including 18% shift allowance)
Holiday Allowance: 33 Days
Immediate enrolment to the company pension scheme - up to 13% combined contribution
Access to the onsite canteen and gym
Permanent employment with long-term stability
