Invoicing Clerk
- Salary: $2500 - $2800
- Working location:
Pandan Loop, Clementi - Working hours:
5.5 days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat(9am – 1pm)
Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders, delivery orders, or contracts.
- Matching of invoice supporting documentation.
- Liaise with the Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify invoicing issues.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all issued invoices.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Invoicing
