BIM Technician; MEP Services

Role Overview

BIM Technician (MEP Services) – Bristol Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + training, progression, company bonus and benefits.

We are a respected MEP and Building Services design and project management company, known for delivering innovative coordination solutions to public health, education, industrial and community‑based clients. This role is ideal for a BIM Manager or similar professional with a background in Building Services or MEP systems who wants to take on greater responsibility, drive BIM excellence across projects, and grow within a forward‑thinking company.

• Develop fully coordinated engineering models.
• Perform clash detection and resolution.
• Attend client meetings and conduct occasional site visits.
• Manage project deliverables using Autodesk and Revit.
• Co‑ordinate BIM models and engineered solutions.
• Comment and collaborate in Autodesk and Revit.
• Liaise with clients and design team members.
• Conduct site visits and surveys.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Engage in opportunities for technical training and career progression.

• Experience as a BIM Technician or similar role.
• Proficient in Revit and CAD.
• Background in Building Services or MEP systems.
• Ability to commute to Bristol.

  Monday – Thursday 8:45 am – 4:45 pm, Friday finish 4:00 pm.
