• Administering medication
• Food and beverage preparation
• Assisting with personal care
• Following client care plans
• Manual handling using specialist equipment
• Providing support and companionship to clients

• Fixed 2‑weekly rota with clear morning (07:00‑14:00) and afternoon (16:00‑22:00) shifts; weekend working only 1 in every 2 weekends.
• Fully paid visit times – you are paid the full visit even if finished early.
• Paid travel time between appointments.
• 45 p per mile mileage and mileage coverage home from last call (average £1,900 per year for 30 hrs wk).
• New‑joining bonus of £1,000.
• Proud‑to‑care bonus every 6 months, up to £1,400 per year.
• Double pay on bank holidays (payable at £25.20 per hour).
• Up to 33 days paid holiday per year depending on length of service.
