Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an inpatient RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients. The role may involve delegation to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians under supervision.
The RN CAP 2 participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and program operations. Current state RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required.
