Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry in Ohio is hiring an Accounting Specialist
- Payables and Payroll to accurately process vendor invoices, manage payroll, and maintain financial records.
The role supports reconciliations, audits, and month-end close, provides responsive service to staff and vendors, and ensures compliance with GAAP and organizational policies. An Associate degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years nonprofit experience is required;
Paycom experience is a plus.
