Responsibilities Develop and present architectural designs that meet client needs and project specifications.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.

Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software and other design tools.

Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any design-related issues.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to team discussions on design concepts.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
