Architectural Project Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead and collaborate with project teams through all design and construction phases, ensuring project goals are met.

Manage contract negotiations with clients and oversee project budgets and schedules.

Develop and drive designs balancing technical and aesthetic perspectives.

Direct construction administration efforts, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients.

Evaluate and select building systems and materials to achieve design goals and performance standards.

Conduct thorough site analyses and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Mentor and provide oversight to Aviation Studio staff, promoting professional growth and development.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Promote a culture of creativity and high design standards within the team and organization.

Architectural Project Manager

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation terminal concessions, retail, or high-end food & beverage design.

Licensed architect in PA or OH; multistate registration is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.Strong design and technical skills with effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Previous team leadership experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to travel regionally (25%) and nationally (10%) as required.
