Search Masters, Inc. in Northeast Ohio seeks a mold changes technician to lead mold change startups and support seamless production transitions within an industrial manufacturing environment.
The role requires hands-on experience with plastic injection molding and strong cross-functional communication to coordinate across teams. Responsibilities include executing mold changes, updating process cards for mold/machine combinations, and performing repairs in-press to minimize downtime.
