** POSITION D
**** ES
* *** CRIPTION****:
** Identify and execute manufacturing improvements that increase productivity, throughput, quality, safety, and cost performance.
* Own improvement projects from problem identification through implementation, validation, and sustainment.
* Work directly on the manufacturing floor to solve recurring problems, remove bottlenecks, and improve process flow.
* Use data and structured problem solving to convert improvement opportunities into measurable operational and financial results.
** EXPERIENCE**:
** What you need to be successful
*** Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Manufacturing experience with hands-on process improvement and problem solving.
* Fabrication, machining, CNC, welding, assembly, tooling, or fixtures experience preferred.
