PIM Brands is seeking a Packaging Lead Floater for 1st shift at our Somerset, New Jersey site. You will provide operational support across multiple packaging lines, fill line vacancies, and mentor junior operators while maintaining GMP and safety standards.
This on-site role reports to the Team Leader, Packaging and requires flexibility across shifts. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, basic math, ability to follow SOPs and work instructions, and reliable attendance.
