SL Tennessee is seeking an FP&A Accountant to analyze financial information, support budgeting, and drive profitability analysis for informed decision-making.
In this role you will monitor cost drivers, perform monthly P&L variance analysis, and help optimize KPIs across departments, projects, and cost centers. A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred, with 3–5+ years in FP&A or financial controlling; SAP or Oracle experience is a plus.
