We are pleased to offer this temporary position for a Butcher (De‑boner) Knife Hand through our agency.

Basic Rate: £14.27 to £16.25. Overtime: £21.33/hr (after 40 hours). Holiday entitlement: 5.6 weeks, accrued %.

• Breaking carcasses down from primals using a band‑saw or knife.
• Follow customer specification standards.
• Maintain yields and quality standards.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (e.g., Dropped Meat Policy).
• Ensure knife safety training and guidelines are followed.
• Correct cleaning and storage of knives and PPE at all times.
• Full compliance with all SOPs.
• General knife duties.

Monday to Friday (potential weekend work).

Shifts:

06:00‑14:30 or 15:15‑23:45. 30‑minute unpaid break.

All roles require completion of Right‑to‑Work checks and adherence to GLAA standards. PPE and health & safety training will be provided on site.
