Marketing Coordinator; Senior Living

Position: Marketing Coordinator (Senior Living)
100% REMOTE ROLE - MUST BE IN PST OR MST

Responsible for managing and executing effective marketing campaigns as set by the Director of Marketing, on time and within budget. This includes managing and executing: email blasts, website updates, community and corporate videos, blogs and other projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Reporting

• Partner with the Director of Marketing to execute and manage marketing initiatives that build branding, drive traffic, convert leads, and grow revenue.
• Measure and analyze performance and recommend actions to maximize results and minimize costs.
• Work on special marketing assignments as directed by the SVP of Marketing and Sales.

Campaign Execution

• Execute email campaigns for all ISL communities, including paid and database emails, event announcements, and other ad hoc outreach.
• Assist with marketing automation setup and execution (website response, digital CRM program, email drip, digital magazine, etc.).

Website and Content Management

• Execute website updates as requested by management, including activity calendars, flyers, events, videos, resident stories, employee "above and beyond" recognition, and reviews.
• Manage resident story compliance by reviewing stories and posting them to the website, social media, and other channels per guidelines.

Branding and Community Support

• Assist with company branding projects as directed (website, social media).
• Audit communities for collateral, promotional items, logos, and other materials so each community has the tools it needs to maximize tours.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with coordinating and collecting assets for new acquisitions.

Educational Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising.
• Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in Marketing.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Email Marketing, Social Media

Above average communication skills.

Mathematical

Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission’s proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Other

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent writing and presentation skills required. Ability to multi-task.

Works primarily indoors in a climate controlled setting.
