Role Description

The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead (Stroke) as part of Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway to provide professional expertise specific to the development, design and delivery of the ECG Patch Monitor Programme. This ambitious Programme aims to deliver a national remote service for Ambulatory Electrocardiogram (ECG) patch monitors for people who have had an ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack (TIA) to prevent recurrent strokes.

The Programme has been developed in collaboration with clinical teams across Scotland and is supported by funding from the Scottish Government.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will currently be a registered healthcare professional working in a clinical role within Stroke medicine. You will be able to act authoritatively as a change agent, displaying the highest professional standards, with experience of working with executive and senior managers across NHS Scotland.

Employment Details

The post is until 31st March 2028 and up to two PAs or 0.2 WTE per week initially. Please note that this requirement may reduce over the lifetime of the Programme.
