• Respond to all sales leads
• Handle inbound sales enquiries
• Deal with clients directly
• Proactively develop opportunities from dormant and new leads
• Ensure all enquiries are maximised with cross‑sell/upsell where appropriate
• Liaise with other departments including logistics to ensure the status of client’s orders are updated
• Build, establish and maintain excellent client relationships
• Able to deal with complaints and issues effectively and with empathy

• Strong IT skills
• Sound organisational, analytical & problem‑solving skills
• Experience of ERP transactional process
• Strong team player
