Salary: £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Coatbridge. They are a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, and they're ideally seeking someone with expertise in roofing and rendering projects.
What you'll be doing- Managing the commercial delivery of roofing and rendering works
- Preparing cost plans, valuations, and financial reports
- Working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Overseeing procurement, variations, and final accounts
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Strong background in roofing and/or rendering
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Able to manage workload independently and work proactively
- £55,000 salary
- £5,000 car allowance
