Sales Development Representative

Key responsibilities and duties for this position

• Oversee and maintain customer data collected through online marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Linked In) to ensure accuracy and effective lead management.
• Engage with prospective customers via phone or text to assess their needs, gather key information, and identify sales opportunities.
• Accurately record and manage all customer information, ensuring timely allocation of leads to the appropriate regional dealers or SANY direct sales team.
• Coordinate with the dealer network to monitor lead progress, follow up on outcomes, and maintain updated records of all interactions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed weekly reports and performance updates to the senior management team.

• Telemarketing experience in SaaS products, Udesk and other fields is preferred
• Previous constriction equipment experience & knowledge is advantageous
• Self-motivated with a dedicated approach
