My client is an established and long-standing Surrey firm whose excellent property team is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Cobham office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE and extensive experience in handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own files are essential.
