Coordinate operational performance across multiple regions and sites while serving as a primary customer contact for account operations.
This Customer Operations Account Specialist supports consistent processes and results for a specific customer account. The work includes operational communication, service-level monitoring, customer-site processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support account growth strategy, clarify contract requirements, and execute assigned customer projects or strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate operational actions, results, and initiatives with customers and sites
- Monitor service levels against customer and company requirements
- Establish customer-specific processes across customer sites
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across customer sites
- Transfer best practices and execute assigned customer projects
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- One to two years in administrative or similar work
- Two years of logistics industry experience preferred
- Ability to clarify executable customer contract requirements
