B2B Lubricants Key Account Manager

Drive B2B lubricants growth for Shell Canada across Alberta, managing strategic accounts, P&L performance, and 30-40% customer travel remotely.

As an experienced B2B Key Account Manager, you will manage large direct accounts within Shell’s mature, competitive North American lubricants market. The role focuses on resilient-sector growth through new business development, portfolio expansion, pipeline execution, and senior stakeholder relationships. You will support Field Based Account Managers across Canada while strengthening Shell brands and market share.

• Manage account performance, revenue, expenses, volume, and sector P&L targets
• Develop profitable business through premium acceleration and new opportunities
• Expand existing portfolios through cross-selling, range selling, and upselling
• Respond to RFQs, prepare offers, and secure net new business
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and collaborative growth planning

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 10 years’ sales, marketing, or commercial management experience
• Lubricants or related consumer, transport, and industry experience is advantageous
• Experience managing national accounts or head-office relationships
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 30-40%
