ABOUT THE ROLE

As our operations continue to expand, we are looking to recruit an experienced Quality & Compliance Coordinator to implement and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety).

This is a newly created position offering a rare opportunity to shape M‑Sport’s compliance framework from initial concept to completion. The successful candidate will work across all departments – from engineering and manufacturing to motor sport operations, ensuring that our systems, people, and processes align with international standards and reflect our values of excellence, responsibility and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and develop M‑Sport’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Support the company through initial certification and ongoing compliance audits.
  • Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and policies.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with department heads in engineering, production, procurement, and senior management to embed ISO principles throughout the company and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and report on KPIs to track.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Promote the best practices throughout the organisation.
  • Provide training and support to departments to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Experience with implementation and maintenance of ISO standards.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Internal Auditor qualification in one or more ISO standards.
  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, or motor sport environments.
