About the role

M‑Sport UK is at the forefront of world‑class motor sport, and our facilities play a key role in supporting our ambitious programmes. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Maintenance Operative to join our team and help keep our site running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

This hands‑on position is ideal for someone with a background in the building trades. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across our site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance at all times.

Role and responsibilities include:
  • Perform reactive and planned repairs across the full site.
  • Carry out general building, plumbing, and joinery tasks.
  • Ensure all work meet health and safety guidelines and site compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Site Manager, contractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a wider facilities team.
Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident problem‑solver with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Own tools are beneficial but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license required.
Preferred experience
  • Previous experience in building, plumbing, joinery, or a similar trade.
