Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist to support personalized health, performance, and healthy aging programs. The role involves advanced physiological assessments, exercise prescription, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary clinical team to optimize long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct VO₂ max, strength, endurance, flexibility, gait, and balance assessments
- Design individualized exercise programs for metabolic health, disease management, and healthy aging
- Educate clients on using wearable health devices for performance tracking
- Collaborate with medical and wellness professionals on integrated care plans
- Monitor client progress using outcome-based metrics and OKRs
- Ensure high standards of safety, engagement, and client experience

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical or wellness experience
- Strong knowledge of exercise testing and interpretation
- Excellent communication and motivational skills

- Experience with wearable health technology is an advantage
