Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute-care community hospital.

• Assess patients and develop/implement individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to evidence-based protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes promptly, and support clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-management.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and infection control initiatives.
• Contribute to a teamwork-focused, continuous learning culture and professional growth.

Registered nursing licensure, strong clinical assessment and monitoring, medication administration proficiency, effective communication, teamwork, patient education skills, EHR documentation accuracy, and commitment to evidence-based practice, safety, and infection prevention.
