Accounts Payable Assistant

Position: Accounts Payable Assistant (Permanent)
A client of ours in the Feering area is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, offering up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

Processing invoices and supplier payments using Sage Line 50 and Eque2 Construct
Managing petty cash and maintaining client/supplier accounts
Assisting with VAT and CIS monthly returns
Supporting client billing and financial reporting
Monitoring company performance and providing reports to directors

Skills and experience required:

Practical knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Eque2 Construct
Previous experience in accounts payable or financial administration
Strong numerical, organizational, and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
