Duration: 16-week project

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment project in Colchester. This is a fixed-term role for an initial 16-week programme, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of site operations

* Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers

* Monitoring progress against programme and resolving site issues

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager

* Essential:
Previous experience in warehouse refurbishments and/or office fit-outs

* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations

* Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred/required depending on criteria)
