The Main Duties:

* Act as the main point of contact for customer queries

* Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence

* Liaise with internal and external teams

* Maintain accurate and up to date customer records

The Ideal Candidate :

* Experience working in a customer service role

* Excellent communication skills

* Calm, empathetic approach to challenging situations

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
