Salary:
Up to £26,000, 23 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension
Given the office location, a driving license and car is preferable, unless you live in West Bergholt.
Rare opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, in what is being described as the perfect position to gain exposure to different areas of a dynamic, fast-moving business. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will include a mix of duties all of which you will be trained on:
* General office administration
* Answering and directing calls and emails
* Customer service, including setting up accounts, collating customer information and recording details
* Logging and resolving customer complaints ensuring compliance.
Once proven to be comfortable and capable in this position there are a number of progressive routes to take in order to progress; this company will invest in training, external courses and will support you on your journey.
