• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries
• Investigate cases thoroughly and provide clear, fair resolutions
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence
• Liaise with internal and external teams
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer records

• Experience working in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Calm, empathetic approach to challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
