- Set up and operate RF test equipment such as spectrum analysers, network analysers, and power meters.
- Interpret circuit diagrams and PCB schematics to test, fault‑find, and repair to component level.
- Test and configure systems to meet specific customer requirements.
- Conduct production testing, generate reports, and ensure results meet internal specifications.
- Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods.
- Support test development by building test fixtures and configuring ATS set‑ups.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality and resolve issues.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment as required.
- Over 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in RF infrastructure or wireless video equipment.
- Solid understanding of IP networks and digital/analogue electronics.
- Proficient in fault‑finding to component level, with the ability to rework and replace components.
- Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC 610 desirable).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to tight deadlines.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar (preferred but not essential).
