Position: Senior Hardware Design Engineer (Permanent)

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge digital, analog, and RF hardware products.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of technology, working closely with Product Management to define product and design specifications. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact, guiding and mentoring junior engineers while bringing your own visionary ideas to life.

Key responsibilities:

- Creating detailed schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
- Performing component selection, simulation, and analysis to ensure optimal performance.
- Developing and executing test plans for prototypes and final products.
- Conducting hardware debugging and validation using advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and spectrum analysers.
- Collaborating seamlessly with mechanical and software teams to ensure cohesive hardware/software functionality.

Ideal candidates will possess:
- Extensive experience in hardware design and development
- Proficiency in using Altium Designer for schematics and PCB layouts
- Strong skills in component selection, simulation, and analysis
- Proven track record in developing and executing test plans
- Expertise in hardware debugging and validation with test equipment
- Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proven experience in mentoring co-workers
