CAD Technician - Colchester
I am currently working with a forward thinking consultancy based in Colchester (Essex) looking for a CAD Technician. They work on a diverse project portfolio. The culture within the office is driven, welcoming and friendly.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for building service projects.
* Coordinate with various disciplines to integrate building service designs into overall project plans.
* Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all drawings and models are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
* Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
* Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company and client standards, as well as relevant regulations and codes
