We are preparing for a major long‑term rail programme across the Southern Region starting in the new year and are looking to connect with experienced Safety Critical Staff in the Colchester area seeking consistent work throughout 2026 and beyond. This role is a long‑term, contract position offering full‑time work once the project is live.

Location:

Shifts:

Mid‑week and weekend availability required.

• Valid PTS and relevant competency(s).
• Minimum 6 months experience in rail safety‑critical duties.
• White Hat status preferred.
• Own transport is advantageous due to site access.
