Care UK is an award‑winning private care company with over 160 care homes across the United Kingdom. We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Credit Controller to join our vibrant and dedicated team.

The Senior Credit Controller will support an efficient and accurate Credit Control function, ensuring operational procedures are adhered to and working closely with colleagues and management.

• Achieve personal and team targeted cash collections as set by the Credit Control and Billing Manager.
• Monitor KPI’s / SLA’s set for the team and provide support to meet performance requirements.
• Review and correspond on all overdue aged debt balances.
• Liaise with homes and Regional Directors to resolve queries and outstanding issues promptly.
• Oversee and review debt balances across credit control where required.
• Ensure customer reconciliations are performed regularly across all ledgers.
• Maintain communication with customers to resolve credit control queries and secure timely payment.
• Assist the Credit Control and Billing Manager in implementing procedural and system improvements.

• Education to AAT or equivalent (qualified by experience considered).
• Previous sales ledger and credit control experience.
