• No qualifications required; full training is provided to achieve the care certificate.
• Experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is useful but not required; could be personal or voluntary experience.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful; enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable spending time in the company of others.
