• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client development to candidate placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Work closely with existing clients to understand their staffing needs
• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Match suitable candidates with appropriate vacancies
• Negotiate terms of business and placement fees

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial or commercial sectors
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Well‑organised with excellent time‑management skills
