Labourer / Traffic Marshal - Colchester CO2
Start Date:
05/01/2026
Duration: 70 weeks
Pay Rate: £15.25/hour CIS
Hours:
8:00-17:00 (8 hours paid)
We are looking for a reliable Labourer with a Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket for a long‑term project in Colchester, CO2.
Role split:80% General Labouring
20% Traffic Marshal duties (banksman / gate control)
- General labouring tasks across site
- Assisting trades and maintaining site cleanliness
- Traffic management, vehicle movements, and gate control when required
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
- Previous site experience
- Good communication and reliability
