• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, determining when work needs to be carried out and selecting appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow health and safety requirements while performing cleaning duties.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and also be able to work independently.
• Build positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and continuously seeking improvements.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
