As a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when cleaning should be carried out, the equipment and chemicals used, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will complete all required training, work within a team and take initiative. Deliver excellent customer service, and find ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and premises.
• Follow agreed SLAs and Health & Safety protocols.
• Complete all required training and work collaboratively with team members.
• Communicate and provide customer service to staff and visitors.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
