Responsibilities
  • Driving growth and market share at all times
  • Delivering a service that creates ‘Raving Fans’
  • Overseeing all aspects of the sales process
  • Promoting the office within the local community
  • Maximising referrals across the business
  • Measuring results and reporting on KPIs and budget performance, driving sales to maximise market share
  • Building, managing and leading an effective branch team
  • Influencing results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
  • Analyzing and problem solving issues with team and senior managers to drive deal value, market share and results
  • Creating a positive and proactive working environment within the branch
  • Representing and promoting the company’s core beliefs
  • Acting with integrity at all times
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and reporting
Essential

Skills & Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within an estate agency at a senior negotiating or property valuing position, or higher
  • Team spirit and excellent working environment skills
  • Effective communication and trust building with customers, suppliers and community
  • Capability to create and implement branch business plans
  • Monitoring and assessing the performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current estate agency legislation
  • Time management and high volume workload handling
  • Outstanding customer service reputation
  • Self‑initiative and strong telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail
Recruitment Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
