Job Overview
Senior Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents – leading the prestigious Chewton Rose brand in Colchester.

- Maximising referrals across the business
- Measuring results and reporting on KPIs and budget performance, driving sales to maximise market share
- Building, managing and leading an effective branch team
- Influencing results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
- Analyzing and problem solving issues with team and senior managers to drive deal value, market share and results
- Creating a positive and proactive working environment within the branch
- Representing and promoting the company’s core beliefs
- Acting with integrity at all times
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and reporting
Skills & Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an estate agency at a senior negotiating or property valuing position, or higher
- Team spirit and excellent working environment skills
- Effective communication and trust building with customers, suppliers and community
- Capability to create and implement branch business plans
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current estate agency legislation
- Time management and high volume workload handling
- Outstanding customer service reputation
- Self‑initiative and strong telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Evidence of right to work (passport or birth certificate)
- Proof of address
- National Insurance number
- Driving licence check
