Factory Operative

Prime Appointments are recruiting a Factory Operative for a well-established manufacturing and production company based in Colchester Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to join an internationally recognised business supplying products worldwide, with long-term prospects for the right candidate.

• Working on a fast-paced assembly line

• Using hand and pneumatic tools

• Quality checking finished products

• Handling and assembling metal components

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Previous factory or production experience

• Confident using tools such as drills and pneumatic equipment

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn

• 12.78 per hour to start on days

• Monday to Friday

• 07:15 - 15:45 initially, moving onto shift work

• Shift allowance available once on shifts

• Free on-site parking

• Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunity

• Training and progression opportunities
