Prime Appointments are recruiting a Factory Operative for a well-established manufacturing and production company based in Colchester Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to join an internationally recognised business supplying products worldwide, with long-term prospects for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Working on a fast-paced assembly line
- Using hand and pneumatic tools
- Quality checking finished products
- Handling and assembling metal components
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous factory or production experience
- Confident using tools such as drills and pneumatic equipment
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
- £12.78 per hour to start on days
- Monday to Friday
- 07:15 - 15:45 initially, moving onto shift work
- Shift allowance available once on shifts
- Free on-site parking
- Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunity
- Training and progression opportunities
