Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is currently looking for a dynamic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team based in the Colchester area. This role offers the chance to work across multiple local branches, providing variety and valuable exposure to different markets - all while enjoying a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend work required!!

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales and lettings process
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing homes to prospective buyers and tenants
• Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to build and maintain strong relationships
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date within the CRM system
• Adapt to business needs by working across various branches as required

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you must have:

• At least 6 months ofrecent experience working for an Estate Agency in either sales or lettings
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• A career-driven mindset
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in IT
• A keen eye for detail
• The ability to work as a team player while showcasing your individual flair
