Concierge Security Officer

Kingdom Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in the Colchester, CO2 area.

Where: Colchester, CO2 area.

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP.

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Hours: On average 56 hours per week, 4 On 4 Off.

Shift patterns: 22:00-08:00.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Sign visitors in/out of the building.
• Ensure the security of clients and the project by completing hourly patrols, recording appropriately, monitoring CCTV and completing notes on clients and visitors’ movements.
• Conduct visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements, including fire procedures, are maintained.
• Report out‑of‑hours emergency repairs.
• Assist with access and monitoring of contractors.
• Complete concierge checklists and feedback, record relevant information in the communication book, and hand over to day shift staff.
• Complete incident reports if required.
• Report significant client issues to on‑call staff or supervisor.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Valid SIA licence or in the process of applying for one.
• Full five‑year checkable employment history.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
• Own transport is preferred.
