Location:

Based in Torbay (TRI) – Shrublands House, 8 Morgan Avenue, Torbay, TQ2 5RS

Working hours:

Full Time (37 Hours a week) Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Contract:

Fixed term (12 months contract)

Salary: £24,243 - £26,667

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team within Torbay Recovery Initiatives (TRI) and Growth In Action Structure (GIA). You will be working as part of our friendly team at the intersection of substance misuse recovery and the criminal justice system. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals move forward, making positive life changes that improve health, reduce re-offending, and support long-term recovery.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SPOC Administrator in Torbay. This role will be an integral part of the service as we move toward a more integrated, dynamic approach. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver Trauma Informed and Person-Centred support working towards positive client outcomes and ensure the highest standards of collaborative working within Torbay. You’ll work with people referred by prisons, courts, police custody, probation, and other agencies – many of whom have offending behaviour linked to substance misuse.

This is a hands-on, varied role, with full training and support provided.
