Warehouse Operative – Colchester

Are you reliable, hard‑working, and ready to get stuck in? We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Colchester
.

You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of our operation, helping to ensure goods are received, picked, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands‑on role that involves:

• Handballing (manual loading/unloading of containers and vehicles)
• Picking and packing orders
• Heavy lifting and moving stock safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working as part of a friendly, fast‑paced team

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
• A great team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Reliable and punctual

• £12.21 phr
• Ongoing, long‑term work with potential for permanent employment

Hours: 8am – 4.30pm
