We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in interfacing with clients and collaborating with both technical and business teams for our client, based in North Antrim. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis, particularly in software project delivery within a commercial environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead client requirements gathering and produce detailed requirements specifications for projects.
• Drive project calls and manage the overall organisation and delivery of projects as part of a project team.
• Create accurate project estimates and carry out post-project reviews including actual vs projected cost analysis and lessons-learned exercises to ensure continual improvement.
• Build and develop client relationships.
• Perform general office duties and adhere to all information security best practices as per ISO-27001 standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educated to at least higher level in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with a 2:1 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst or in a role involving analysis and delivery of software in a commercial environment.
• Proficient in producing documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Confident communicator capable of managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
• Critical thinker with a solution-oriented focus.
• Effective and enthusiastic team player with a self-motivated, independent, and proactive approach.
• Methodical and logical in approach, organised, and detail oriented.
