Starfish is a project that offers one to one support and programmes to women who have become isolated and lost their confidence as a result of Domestic Violence and are ready to start re-building their lives and planning for the future.

- Ensuring that women accessing the project receive appropriate support to develop their own self-reliance and play an active role in progressing their own independence through establishing positive connections with their community.
- Encourage women and empower them to make their own choices
Establish and maintain good interagency working with all statutory, voluntary and community organisations. - Provide a follow-on service to women that is client led.
Promote and develop the role in conjunction with key stakeholders.

- NVQ Level III/minimum 2 ‘A’ levels at grades A-C or higher/equivalent.
WITHAt least 2 years full-time experience working in a supportive role with vulnerable adults/families within residential/community-based environment (or part-time equivalent) - Full details in application pack - email or download from website causeway
